Itinerary

Board an overnight Volvo/tempo traveller from Jaipur (via Delhi) around 7:00 PM. Enjoy road-trip vibes, night sky views, and light games with fellow travellers as we make our way towards Himachal.

Depart from Delhi

Reach Jibhi by morning. Check into your cosy wooden homestay. Explore the hidden Jibhi Waterfall, enjoy trout fish (optional), and hike to the charming Mini Thailand spot. Evening bonfire and music under the stars.

Early morning, drive to the breathtaking Jalori Pass. Short trek to Serolsar Lake. Later, begin the scenic drive towards Kalpa through winding Himalayan roads with Sutlej river views. Overnight in Kalpa with views of the mighty Kinnaur Kailash range.

After breakfast, head to Nako Village — famous for its serene lake and old monastery. Continue to Tabo, home to a 1,000-year-old monastery known as the ‘Ajanta of the Himalayas’. Reach Kaza by evening, check-in, and rest.

Drive to Langza — the fossil village with a giant Buddha statue. Post a letter from Hikkim, the world’s highest post office. Visit Komic, the highest motorable village. Return to Kaza for local market stroll and café hopping.

Drive towards the legendary Chandra Taal Lake. Short hike to the turquoise, crescent-shaped lake. Spend the evening camping in the wilderness with stargazing and storytelling sessions around the bonfire.

After breakfast, drive through rugged mountain terrain and cross the iconic Atal Tunnel into Manali. Evening departure for Delhi/Jaipur with unforgettable memories.

Atal Tunnel

Morning arrival back in Delhi/Jaipur. Trip ends with memories, photos, and perhaps a little mountain hangover.
